Round 4 – Amlwch

 Round 4 of the 2017/18 North Wales Cyclocross League: Amlwch, Anglesey LL68 9DW (sponsored by The Bike Factory, Chester)

Holyhead Cycling Club (Clwb Seiclo Caergybi) warmly welcomes riders & families to historic Porth Amlwch.

Expect gravel, grass, single track, a smattering of mud, a stretch of tarmac, much elevation and breath taking seascapes.

Parking will be sign posted. Parking Attendants will be on hand to direct competitor vehicles. Vehicle users who disregard instructions will be asked to withdraw from competition. NWCX must preserve continued community goodwill.

Timings:

10 -10:45 Race 1&2 number pick up and fun race registration.
11:00 – Kids fun race
11:20 Race 1: U12/U10/U8 Entry Fee (£2 online or £5 on the day)
11:50 Race 2: U16/U14/ Adult novice/fun (£4 online or £7 on the day)
12:30 – 13:00 Race 3 number pick up (£4 online or £7 on the day)
13:15 Race 3: Juniors & Adults (Nifty online entries only, no payment on day)
14:30 – all hands to the deck to help take the course down please

NO riding on the course whilst other classes are racing
Race 1 & 2 can pre-ride 10-10:30
Race 3 can pre-ride 12:30 – 13:00

(Vets will be classified V40,V50, V60+ subject to participant numbers, Male & Female)
Newcomers regardless of age, gender or ability are welcome. As usual you can race on a cyclo X bike or MTB.

Children: come and try our fun race. Parents: if unsure, please ask at HQ and one of the team will provide advice.

Retain your race numbers. This stays with you for the season so keep it safe between races.
